- This session is aimed at a specialist audience: trainee and practising counsellors. It introduces practitioners who are working with children and young people to creative and symbolic therapeutic methods (CSM). It will help you to judge when creative and symbolic methods might be indicated, identify safe practice guidelines for using creative and symbolic methods and think through how you might introduce creative and symbolic methods to a child or young person as part of their therapy.
