- Description:
- This session is aimed at more experienced/specialist users and introduces complexity science and the theory of complex adaptive systems and to contrast with classic Newtonian systems theory. It is argued that health and social care systems are most appropriately modelled as complex systems. The implications for organisational change and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services transformation are explored through illustrative examples.
