- This session is aimed at more experienced/specialist users and offers an overview of effective collaborative working in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). The concept of ‘adhocracy’ is introduced to distinguish between flexible and rigid organisational structures. It is argued that effective leadership is essential to support service change. Some characteristics of high-quality care cultures in CAMHS are explored.
