- Neurocognitive, developmental and functional assessments

- This session session is aimed at more experienced/specialist users and builds on previous learning in the Core Curriculum (see session Understanding Psychometric Assessments (410-079)) by providing more advanced and in-depth understanding of these assessments within CAMHS settings. It will explain the unique role a clinical psychologist brings to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in providing these assessments for children presenting with a range of mental health and developmental disorders, and how the outcomes of these assessments can be crucial in designing appropriate interventions.
